Date: 2002-10-07 no real support for this pda I cannot find a company that will take credit for or give support for this particular lost sheep of the computer industry.
Date: 2002-09-26 broken lcd screen I previously had a palm & gave ti t my Wife when I purchased the Sony. The first time that it fell off my desk and hit the ground it broke the screen (approximately 4 months old). Now try to find a replacement or warranty or have fixed? You might as well place in the trash bin!! To replace the screen is worth equal to cost of the unit! I will be going back to a Palm for my replacement.Frank
Date: 2002-05-11 Elegant Product I bought PEG - S320 a while ago. The screen resoultion is very clear. Its size and weight are quite reasonable. However, It often gives me problem in synchronizing my email on windows NT system if I have large numbers of email (message pops up that the connection is lost), but I have no problem synchronizing it at my home PC. I guess this is a great product with reasonable price.
Date: 2002-02-01 PDA Beginner I received the Clie for Christmas as a starter PDA. I think it is a great starter! I like the rechargeable battery and the size of it (not as bulky as others). I haven't had the problem with stylus response as others have mentioned, but I did drop my first stylus and it broke immediately. I had to go buy the 3-pack. I do wish that it came with a cradle to more easily sync with my PC at work. However, overall I am very happy with the way it is working for me.
Date: 2002-01-31 Value As entry level PDA's go, you will be hard pressed to find a unit better then this one. Compared to the m105 and visor deluxe, all those units pale in comparison. For its price there is no pda that can buy what this clie gives you. Its the only entry level PALM unit that gives you expandability through the memory stick but it is also battery rechargeable. Although the screen is still monochrome and not hi-res like higher end siblings, its screen is still one of the brightest and clearest around. Using SONY's "STAMINA" lithium batteries, this unit just goes on and on. If you're thinking about buying a PDA for the first time but don't want to spend too much money, forget the m100 series. Go with this unit. You wont regret it.
