This is the original Sharp battery
This is the battery to order for Sharp Zaurus replacement. It is an exact replacement. After bad experiences with after-market clones, this original model worked perfectly. (Great price, too!)

Zaurus battery.
I think the battery is fine, but the Sharp Zaurus is power hungry. A spare battery may be a necessity if you plan to use your Zaurus all day, every day.
