franklin product critical on delivery
and most likely be dead by time i get some help by any of the service people at www.franklin.com who are out there . not bad hours for service workers working 9 to 5 with a noone to cover during lunch lets see nurses try saving anyone with this type of service.This card was bought and paid for and now running out of alotted days to use like cheap shareware. Being a mmc and not sharewhere this should not be grouped as ordinary software. merck manual is not a game.
