GREAT!!!!!!!!!!
This product is great. it is the best palm ever i am 11 and i got this as a gift. It is great the wifi is wasome the best accessorie is probably the aluminum case with memorycard holder built in. The bad thing is that it turns on in your pocket and runs battery dow.

Great for an organization,email,internet,entertainmet pda.

Love my t|c
The Tungsten C is great. I have orginally bought this awhile ago when they were new. I still loved my Newton and set the T|C on the shelf for over a year. My Newton finally died and I was forced to use my T|C.

I love my Tungsten C and use it all the time. Great graphics, nice size and wieght. The best part is the keyboard. I use it all the time with my BIG thumbs. Despite my big thumbs I can still move and type with ease. My screen still looks nice and clean.

I use my t|c every single day.

The only negative is the wifi does not have a great range.

Nice features/high pitched noise
The Palm Tungesten C is fun to use. The wireless connection is easy to use and works well. The screen is beautiful and the images look crisp. The only web problem is that the browser will not load any java web applications.

I would love this product if not for one thing - a LOUD high pitched noise emanates from it. I am on my second Tungsten C. I had the first one for a couple months before it started making a high pitched noise. I returned it to Palm (at my own shipping expense) and 10 days later they sent me a new one. The new one started making a buzzing noise also after a couple months. I didn't to send it back because I figured they would all eventually make the buzzing noise.

If you can't hear high pitched noises/aren't bothered by them, this is a great device.

Lousy product, with even worse CUSTOMER support / warranty
I bought this from Amazon in Nov 04, the screen went blank on me this summer and I had to pay $125 plus handling $25 maybe, for a replacement product, DESPITE this being in the warranty. I got the replacement in August 05; the battery is now dead. Have spent an inordinate time on the phone (no toll free support at Palm - hell, no support for that matter!), to be told that replacing the battery (despite the unit they sent me being less than 4 months old and an obvious dud) would cost $200 plus handling. I've not given up on it yet, and will follow up all channels, including Amazon, FTC, Better Business Bureau and whoever else. Thought I'd alert others to this if you think of buying Palm One products.

One of the best ideas palm has come up with
THe palm tungsten c pda is an awsone handheld computer. I bought my own about 2 years ago and it is still in perfect condition. The pros- WiFi Keyboard documents to go the huge memory and the cpability of expansion and software to put on it.

The cons- some times wifi doesnt work as easy as u think, sometimes it locks up but overall i think it is an awsome palm
