Date: 2010-08-21 A cumbersome electronic device Wish I had understood that you have to learn how to write letters to bring up information. What a pain in the neck in comparison to a keyboard popping up! Date: 2010-06-17 Good used Palm Tungsten E I needed a replacement for my Palm Tungsten E, ordered a used one from this seller, and received a unit that looks and works like new. How great is that? Date: 2010-03-08 Tunsten E Palm device - Refurbished Product delivered was as advertised and works fine. We were also sent information on how to set up the device which was useful. We were also sent information where free software to expand the units functionality could be obtained, which was also very helpful and appreciated. Shipping time was as advertised. Overall, the experience was excellent. Date: 2010-02-18 Excellent customer service The PalmOne was delivered promptly and in perfect working order. The real miracle however, was that customer service spent and hour and a half, on a Friday night, after business hours, helping us set it up on our computer as we had prior problems. Would absolutely deal with this company again!
