User Submitted Palm 3169WW Universal Wireless Keyboard ReviewsDate: 2010-04-08 As good as can be expected, I suppose Palm's computers last a lot longer than their peripherals, that's for sure. I tend to have to buy one of these every 6-8 months, but I use it heavily. Great as long as it lasts, though it can't hold up to IR interference. It's always the left side of the keyboard that starts to fail, and for the first time in about eight keyboards, the pin fell out of my last one. Date: 2010-03-09 Excellent Keyboard The Palm 3169WW Universal Wireless Keyboard is excellent. Not only is it very compact and light weight, but I need to write a lot of notes, so having the keyboard is invaluable to make the most of my time. Even though the keyboard AA batteries last a long time, the PDA battery will be used faster because the IR signal will be in use while using the keyboard. All in all a fantastic product with a terrific price that cannot be denied. I would recommend this product. Date: 2010-02-11 portable Palm keyboard The keyboard works well. The combined weight of the keyboard and my Palm Tungsten is much less than that of a netbook, a feature that was very important to me. Date: 2010-01-31 Expands usefulness of PDA I bought this item new hoping it would it would free up a lot of desk space when all I needed was a simple platform to type notes into. I'd read many reviews and was prepared with a downloaded driver. When the keyboard arrived I installed the downloaded driver on my device and was able to work instantly. It works great and many menu commands are placed right on the keyboard for easy access. My only complaint would be the location of the "?" key, which is a key that deserves proper placement as it is used often. Instead Palm jettisoned it way off to the side to make way for arrow keys that do seem to get a lot of use with this application. I'm really happy with my purchase and think it is something anyone with a PDA should look into, as it is a good simple way to have typing convenience without wires and a lot of desk space. BTW, I'm someone who's hands tend to cramp really easy using a normal mouse, yet this keyboard hasn't given me any trouble to speak of yet. Date: 2009-10-19 GARBAGE!!! This product is just garbage, it brock before I was even able to get it set up.
