Could be sturdier
I don't think I'm the only one who keeps losing styli for palmtop PDAs, but this pack is my third triple-pack I've bought in four years. This combo ballpoint pen and stylus comes in handy if you need to write a note and you're caught without a pen or pencil...AND if you remember the stylus has a small ballpoint pen hiding under its top cap.

The stainless steel barrel has a nice feel, but I wish it felt heavier in my somewhat large hand. Too bad it doesn't have the feel of a stylus from a specialty company which has great, but expensive, styli.

These styli could be more sturdy. Unfortunately, I now use these styli as ballpoint pens more than as styli, because the plastic stylus tip eventually loosens with use. Perhaps the tapping pressure does it.

If you have a losing personality like me, maybe you'd be better off buying cheaper all-plastic styli so that their loss won't be too noticeable on the wallet.

Anyway, in the future, my guess is that PDA screens will be touch screens needing only human fingers, not styli.
