One of the best personal MP3 Players
I bought my SanDisk 256MB MP3 Player more than a year ago and I was more than happy with it. I compared it with my friends' players and there was no doubt that mine was the best. One of them had a RCA that was way bigger; while another had a Rivest(sp?) that wasn't user friendly at all.

This player is light like no other. I had it in my pocket the whole time (with the earphone cord beneath my shirts) and sometimes I even forgot I was carrying it. I could turn it up, down, forward and rewind with no need to take it out since it's joystick make it easy to handle.

The only problem with this player is that you need the USB cable to connect it to the PC. I've seen players that can be directly connected to your USB port, which is really useful since you won't be carrying the cable everywhere.

If you're looking for one of the best MP3 players in the market (worth the money), this is what you need. If you're looking for one with more memory space then you need the silver or the blue versions.

I love it!
I bought this mp3 player about a year ago. It is really small and has FM radio. When I show my friends my mp3 player, they say it beats and iPod. This mp3 player has a big enough space for about 40 songs. Plus, an iPod shuffle has no screen and is twice the amount of money as this. This mp3 player has a screen and back round light so you can see whats playing in the dark.

Buyer beware
I was so excited when I intially received this mp3 player; I just could not wait to use it. The downloading was slightly complexed but caught on to it quickly. Once I plug in my headset however, I soon realized the true meaning of re-furbished. I down loaded about 70 songs and I could never get it to play passed #20. Even if I have it random; it still gets stuck. This thing is a piece of junk. You have to take the battery out to turn it off and when I tried to return this item. The company wanted to charge me basically telling me tough luck. So therefore I do not recommend this especially if you by refurbished. IT SUCKS!

good value for the money
I purchased this MP3 player for my 10-year-old son [who is autistic] as an experiment to see if he could tolerate wearing earphones while listening to music. I am please to say that it was 100% successful -- he not only was accepting of the earphones, but the technology is very user-friendly and he was able to figure out how to use this MP3 player very quickly. Now he regularly asks to have new music downloaded into it. It is very easy to sync the device with Windows Media Player and swap files in and out of it. I recommend this for any person looking for an entry-level MP3 player for themselves or for their children. The unit is made very well, and is sturdy and simple to use.

Sandisc 256K mp3 player
I love it. The only things I would suggest would be earplug
type earphones instead. I wish it had an EQ built in to adjust
the bass but for $20 it fulfills my needs and the overall
sound quality is pretty good.
