Palm Tungten E2
Great PDA. Instruction manual was somewhat lacking in detail. However, tech support from seller,Richmond Wholesale, was excellant. Highly recommend both product and seller.

palm tungsten E2
i bought the palm with the sole intention of putting my iv therapy book and my drug book on it for my nursing clinicals. my palm is much more then that. it seemed the first week i kept finding more things on the palm that i didnt know were there. i love it. clinicals are a breeze for me now, much less cumbersome. and the extra things on the palm that i didnt realize it had on it is just a bonus. it is great and i take it with me everywhere.

Excelente compra
Compre esta Palm a un excelente precio por ser Open Box y no me arrepiento, si bien tiene una pequena ralladura no afecta nada la maquina y la compre $100 menos del valor original.
Es un excelente producto y el servicio de Amazon Muy bueno

Don't buy anything from Palm unless you can afford to loose everything.
I purchased a LIFEDRIVE from Palm and I was immediately thrilled with it and I rated it 5 stars. I purchased a metal protective case for it and I purchased a special remote alpha/numeric keypad. I thought it was the greatest of all the Palm devices I had ever purchased! Having left a positive feedback on this purchase I am no longer allowed to make any further comments for this specific item.

But now I have lost ten years of vital data. The LIFEDRIVE was defective. I had been buying Palm products every since they had a memory of only half a megabyte. Now I have lost all personal and business information that I acquired over all these last ten years. And when I call them for help they demanded money to simply look into the problem saying they would not be responsible for the cost of any lost data.

Stuck in loop
I had a Tunsten T before, which worked for three-four years, even survived several drops on concrete floors. Then I had the Tunsten 2E for about 6 months, and it is stuck in the calibration loop with no possibility of exit. I tried soft and hard reset, all to no avail. I searched on the web, and this seems to be a common problem with no real solution. Palm apparently knew about this, yet they did nothing. This is totally different from Canon. I had a Canon digital camera of three years. The display screen went out. When I searched on the web, Canon had issued a recall for this. Canon paid for all the shipping, and repaired or substituted a newer model (in my case) for free. That is good costumer service! Avoid Palm from now on by all means.
