Sharp also made one for Radio Shack that had a plug to put your information into the computer. This one does not have the jack. Over all, it is very handy and hope the LCD don't go out like my other one. You need a back-up. Date: 2009-12-10 With the use of cell phones, it seems that you do not need this item With the use of cell phones now a days, it seems that you do not need this item. However, my wife prefers to use this Sharp for phone numbers and other info not contained in her cell phone. Date: 2008-09-07 Sharp EL-6930B organizer This a replacement for a previously owned Sharp electronic organizer. It's not as user friendly as the old one, in the YO series, but it is the best I could find. Not looking for a translator (which is good because it is very minimal), just a compact, convenient address book with a hard cover and no stylus to lose. Date: 2008-04-26 Does the job Bought a pair for my parents a few months ago. All they wanted was a basic organizer with contacts, calendar/appts, calculator. Games and Spanish translator were icing on the cake, so I've not heard anything about them good or bad. The organizers meet their needs, and they're happy with them. Date: 2007-12-26 dissapponted I bought this to use as a translater but 90% of the words I enter are not found. If you want a translater, don't buy this product.
