Screen Problems - from the beginning and increase over time
This is an OK PDA BUT there are definite dead areas' on the screen that simply do not respond at all. That coupled with the worst Wifi make this what would otherwise be a fine PDA. Also note, there is no camera (OK by me) and no voice memo capability.

Palm 'support' was entirely useless on this issue. Older Palm models worked better (Zire and 550) although the power connection ports on those rendered them useless over time.

I will avoid all Palm products in the future.

PDA's almost obsolete - Palm TX handheld
PDA's are almost non-existent. Even though I have an iphone I still wanted a PDA to use. It helps me keep up with business info. I was happy to be able to get this refurbished Palm PDA. Soon they won't be around any longer. The delivery was fast.

Purchase of Palm TX through Amazon.com
Order was filled and sent on a timely basis. Item was as described and in excellent condition. Instructions for start up were straightforward and easy to understand. Tech support offered for lifetime of product. Guaranteed Tech seems to be a good reputable company. Very satisfied so far.

No crackberries!
I wish Palm would recognize that not everyone wants all the whistles and bells of a crackberry. I just need an organizer. Loved my Tungsten, enjoying my refurbished TX.

It works!
My used Palm TX had to be returned because the screen was not working right. Customer service was prompt and polite. I was dealing with Eduardo who responded quickly to all my e-mails and took care of business . The bad TX was replaced with a new or fixed unit that works fine. PDAs' are great and I'm glad someone stepped up to refurbish units when Palm stoped selling. I'm too cheap to get a smart phone with data service and I love the Palm interface and practical functions (notes, calendar, contacts etc.) I'm not an really an "app" guy--Alonzo
