For the price it is ok but not great. Date: 2007-04-18 good case is perfect with a couple of "mods" I have been carrying a PDA on my body for 15 years and I am constantly running, jumping climbing etc This case is the best I have had (and I buy a lot of them to test) I don't like any of my Bluetooth headsets and prefer to use a wired one with a full length boom mic which the case did not accommodate until I drilled a hole on the seem the exact size of the the plug- works perfect! I really like the clever right handed "shelf" that opens about 75 degrees so you can see the face "hands free" which is very handy while waiting for a web site to load.... but I was a little concerned that it could fall out so I added a little piece of velcro to the back of the treo and the inside of the case which gives it just enough extra hold to be sure it will not accidentally fall out-- it also has the bonus effect of making the case a little tighter in the case, so it takes a little extra pressure on the latch to open it/ you can't open it by accidentally bumping it!! The styling is low key, simple smooth black which I love!! Date: 2007-03-28 Not versatile, but solid There is no question the Palm Treo hard case will protect your Treo if it were to fall to the ground WHILE IT IS IN THE CASE. It is quite sturdy. I have never had a problem with the belt clip or the case falling off of my belt. If accidentally hit in the "right" place, however, the case will swing open and your phone will fall out and hit the ground. It is also not possible to use your hard case while also using a wired hands-free attachment or music headphones. There is also no option to attach it to anything else other than a belt. Your phone will not fit in the hard case while using a "skin." And it can be a little bulky in your pocket. Nevertheless it still a sleek-looking option for protecting your investment in your Treo. Date: 2007-01-09 Not Impressed I bought this hard case to help protect my Treo during a fall. My Treo has had to falls, both times the case pops open and the phone came out onto the ground. The case doesn't open all the way, makes it a little difficult to get phone in and out, unless of course it's dropped onto the ground. Bottom Line: I will start looking for another case to buy that works better, especially staying closed when it hits the ground.
