The Nano works
I like the Nano. It works well. We've had a few glitches - it locked up once or twice, and the iTunes software can be a pain, but the Nano itself just works. Smooth, cool, well designed.

This shoddy piece of junk convinced me not to try anything made by apple again, ever
I was delighted to receive it as a christmas gift last year, but the joy didnt last long. I've so far wasted 30-40 hours surfing the web, trying to fix the random hardware problem that many other users have experienced.

The local apple store fixed it once for me, but it recurred after about 8 months, and now the apple staff say they'll have to charge me a hefty fee for the service.

Of course I'm smarter this time, and decided to just dump this crummy gadget and get a Sony network walkman instead, which has worked beautifully. No more fiddling with itune, just drag and drop music files into the walkman and hit the play button.

Cant believe why so many people say such nice things about apple and its shoddy products here, maybe they have been hired by apple?

Great product, I have had mine for a year now and I absolutely love it! I recommend it to anyone who is thinking about buying it. The outlook for the songs and album artwork is very cool as well.

APPLE NEEDS TO UPGRADE.
EVERTHING IS FINE EXCEPT BATTERY LIFE YOU NEED TO UPGRADE BATTERY LIFE OR HAVE THE OPTION TO REPLACE BATTERY AS YOU GO LIKE HAVE TWO OR MORE BATTERYS FULLY CHARGED AND REPLACE IT WITH AN QUICK BATTERY OPEN COMPARTMENT AND BE READY TO GO FOR MORE ENTERTAINMENT ESPECIALLY ON VACATIONS,CYCLING,JOGGING,ETC...BUY THE TIME 1 BATTERY IS DEAD YOU HAVE THE OTHER TO REPLACE TILL YOU GET HOME.
