Coby help line really wasn't familiar with MAC computers. There only suggestion was send it back. My son has a different Coby model that just like this one doesn't recover space when you remove songs with a MAC - does with a PC. Coby apparently thinks iTunes is a fad. The manual is no help for MAC users. Date: 2008-06-26 Alot of features for the money I've had no problems with this little MP3 player. Plenty of room for lots of tunes, and the FM tuner has surprisingly good range. All devices like this use up alot of battery juice. Most batteries recover a bit of power when the unit is shut down and later turned on. But I listened many hours before I had to replace the battery. Rechargables will definately make this work for you. Arranging songs can't really be done on the unit, but must be done on your desktop computer, though I still have trouble getting them where I want. But still, I managed to get this here for $18, so it was well worth the money. Good condition, so that a little kid could handle it without any worries about it falling apart when he was rough-housing. And it is just that. It's a great mp3 player. I would definitely buy another one if I needed to. Date: 2008-06-20 Wont PLay with USB input Car radios I have a couple of stick players and the Coby unit will not operate in USB input car stereos. Only plays back on computer or headphones. DO NOT purchase any Coby products if you intend to use them with car stereos, they are not usable in this manner. Stick with the Creative brand for this purpose, they are trouble free. Date: 2008-06-19 Not up to par Your get what you pay for. Very hard to switch programs. Buttons are a pain. Would not buy again.
