MP3 player with USB connection
Although I have another MP3 player, I pulled out my old RCA recently*, and noted how easy it is to load with the USB port. The other MP3 player has a proprietary connection that I've got to go find in order to use it, and it is always in sync mode and/or shutting off while doing file transfers. This RCA just connects and you can slide MP3's over easily. Now, if they could only have it recharge when connected, instead of using batteries.... Anyway, for this price, I may purchase one or two more - one for use at the gym or other special places, one for repeating my language lessons.
* My older model is 512 capacity, the one in the product description seems to be improved, but still has the benefit of a USB connection.

Nice AAA-battery player
All in all this is a pretty decent mp3 player that uses a AAA battery. You can add up to a 2GB SD card, but that's it. It will not support any SD HC cards. So you're max'd out at 4GB. (or at least until RCA updates the firmware to support it)

nice, solid MP3 player
I like the fact that this ues AAA batteries. I can listen for hours without worrying about battery life. One AAA lasts for plenty of time. No playlist to modify, but maybe that helps the price. Folders sort of allow you to separate music.
