Junk
I had this for just over a week and it just quit working. The screen display shows battery charging when connected to the computer but is blank and can't be turned on when I disconnect. I liked it well enough while it worked. It's small and fairly easy to use. I will try another brand next time.

Better than ishuffle
I am using this product more than a month.
Pros:
. It is very small and lightweight.
. The clipping is nice. You can clip and forget.
. The display in such a small device is awesome. The display is the feature of this device which distinguishes itself from ishuffle as I usually want to listen to specific album or artist.
. You are free to choose any software you want and need not stich to itunes which i really dislike.
. Price is cheaper than ishuffle.
. Radio and voice-recorder works just fine.
. 15 hours of battery time.
Cons:
. Non yet.

Disappointed!
Considering the other positive reviews of the Sansa Clip, my experience has not been the same. For one thing, the packaging came with a circular "space" for Rhapsody music software mini-CD and included a brochure for it, but the CD was not in the package. I returned it because of this and the next package was the same - no CD. But the worst part was that the battery would not hold a charge for more than a couple of hours regardless of being fully charged via the USB port or the AC adapter. On the other hand, the digital FM tuner worked really well which was the main reason I bought the Sansa, so I could listen to my local radio station on my daily bike commute. However, given that the battery wouldn't hold a charge, I was very disappointed. I didn't feel I should have to charge the battery daily after only an hour or two of use.

Pleasantly surprised...works on a Mac too
When this little mp3 player was delivered, my first reaction was, "wow that's small!" and boy is it ever. The image on the webpage is just about actual size, if you were to hold it up to your monitor. What this little goodie lacks in size it sure makes up for in features though. My review would sound like most everyone else's here, however I wanted to write one and let any potential Macintosh users know that this plugs right into a Macintosh OS X Leopard OS, with absolutely no problem; it recognizes it in a snap, and you can drag folders and files right in Finder.

I am thoroughly delighted with this purchase, and I recommend this player to anyone who is looking for a small mp3 player with a bunch of features, but not needing all the features of something like an iPod.

GREAT BUY
I bought the sansa clip several months ago. It works beautifully and is so very easy to use! I had several mp3 players before this one, and none of them worked for very long. The price is right, the clip is great (especially if you drop things as much as I do!), and you can just "click and drag" your files onto it. I haven't had one moment's trouble with it. I didn't even need the insruction manual to figure it out (some mp3 players have really weird specifications and software!) and it works with a standard mini usb charger (5 volts i think). I use my phone charger to plug it in!

The only thing that is not the greatest about it is that it ignores the names I give to the album folders in my computer. Aslo, you're adding ripped music, make sure you change the file names before loading them onto the sansa clip. Otherwise, every song called "track 1" will be the same thing!
