I chose it because of price and color. It is very easy to use also. I found that I have used it a lot and really enjoy this model. I am ready to upgrade to a larger memory and am waiting for the new Sansa Fuze to be released. I purchased the Sony Walkman 4 gb and decided to take it back and wait for the Fuze. I like the fact that I can delete right from the device and don't have to go to my computer to do that. It doesn't have the advanced file capabilities, but I decided I listen to all my music anyway and don't really need it. I recommend it for everyone who wants an easy, excellent listen. Sound is great. I did purchase new earphones, as I hate the generic kind that seem to come with all of the mp3 players. Date: 2008-04-15 great product I bought this MP3 player because its small. I had looked at Ipod's but decided to give this a try. We are very pleased with this item! The radio works better than I expected. Loading music is easy and the earbuds actually stay in place. Very easy to download songs on...plug-n-go. We looked at the ipod shuffle but noticed it did not support MP3 songs and I did not want to convert the songs I already have...glad we went with this one. I highly recommend this player. Date: 2008-03-25 Disappointed The sound is very good, but I was really surprised by the size. Some things are just too small. The radio stopped working a week after I got it.
