You can store a ton of music and it has a rechargeable lithium battery. 2GB is more than enough memory for most people. The versatility of taking on trips, using while exercising, working or whatever is great. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants a small, inxpensive mp3 player and doesn't want to buy the entry level junk that is out there. Date: 2008-08-17 Great gift! Perfect gift for my daughter! It does not take anything but mp3 files, so don't get confused if you have other music players. Date: 2008-08-12 DO NOT BUY THIS!! I loved this clip when I first bought it. However, after only four months the battery would not charge and cannot be replaced. I have since found out that this is a common problem with the 2GB Sansa clips. Don't bother with SanDisk Customer Service - they won't help. Unless you want a very cute paperweight, save your money. Date: 2008-08-04 Love it!! I spent days debating over this mp3 player and a shuffle. And man am I glad I bought this one. It's a lot smaller than I expected. But I still love it. I'm very happy with the screen and the clip on the back clips to just about everything. And because the player is so light you don't have to worry about the clip falling off while exercising. I love this player and wouldn't consider any other, for what I use it for. I would recommend this to any one needing an mp3 player just for exercising; I would especially recommend this over the shuffle (since it has no screen). Date: 2008-08-04 Great iPod Alternative This mp3 player is very good, smaller than I thought it would be, and easy to operate. I am totally happy with this over the shuffle. I cannot imagine that the screenless shuffle would be better than this one. I would def buy again!
