AWESOME
I wish I would never bought a zune. This is better than my zune and was half the price. It comes with a converting software that works great.Plays movies, music, and videos. Theres a game. Was a gift for my daughter, and I want to trade her.

good at first
This product was good at first but then about one month later the headphones stopped working and then the player would not hold a charge.

How do I turn this device off?
I just bought this device and for some reasons I can't turn it off. I tried clicking on "off" mode on the screen, or moved the switch to the "off" mode but still no luck.

Can someone help? Thanks

Can't contact the seller
I ordered this product 2 weeks ago, received it within a few days. It was very prompt shipping, however, i decided to return the item because the device itself is very cheap. The screen was already started to peel,and the overall device was a very light cheap plastic.

I wanted to return it, but its been 2 weeks now, and I still haven't been able to contact the seller. They still haven't replied!!!!

Be careful of this seller.

some what great
i brought these item's on a wim for my niece's tested them touch screen isn't very sensitive and does not react fast to the response of touch although it does give great video and the fm radio picks up very well with the earphones in mp3 quality is great... geeks have a similar version with camera that i will be purchasing for my own daughters hoping that it has better response too touch... looks tobe very fragile but a great start to teach the children how to take care of thier fragile travel products....
