My ordering experience through Amazon was very easy and Amazon has excellent customer service. Although I think the price for the IPod Nano is a bit high for what the device actually does but this is not Amazon's fault, the pricing lands on the manufacturer's shoulders. Theses little gadgets are becoming outrageously priced but are in high demand with teenagers. I believe some kind of deal should be offered for customer who want or need to buy more than one. Date: 2009-01-07 BATTERY ISSUES HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE BATTERY HOLDING A CHARGE FOR VERY LONG. GONNA BE LOOKING INTO A WARRANTY OR EXCHANGE. Date: 2009-01-07 8 GB Nano I got this for my wife for Christmas and it is smaller and thinner than the 4 GB my daughter got in 2007. Great price and worth every penny ! Great product and everybody's happy now. I received it in a short time and my daughter was happy with it. So far there have been no problems with the product.
