Waiting for an explanation
I bought two. One arrived the other one is on its way. However when I went to the local company to get a new line service I was informed that the telepone was LOCKED. When I bought it, UNLOCKED was clearly announced on the amazon web page. I would like to receive an explanation before I go any further. I want to believe is some sort of mistake. Im waiting for an answer then. Thanks
